The Project

R1 Construction were tasked with refurbishing a modular building that had a leaking roof, poor thermal integrity amongst other M&E failings, all of which needed to be addressed to be able to give the school grounds an office space.

Between Glass Blinds

Working with R1 Construction, Between Glass Blinds offered integral blinds within for a number of internal screens. A mixture of non-fire rated & 30-minute fire rated screens were provided allowing for the modular building to remain open and light.
